ACCELERATED RESOLUTIONÂ THERAPY
Accelerated Resolution Therapy allows us to help you lose the emotion but keep the memory to reduce the stresses, anxiety, and other symptoms in as little as one session. Some might describe this as a defragmenting session for your brain.
WARRIOR WELLNESS RETREATS
The Warrior Wellness program is a partnership with 4th HOOAH WI who sponsors all services. Active duty military, reservists, and veterans have the opportunity to get all of our services in one through 2-3 day intensive retreats to truly get some deeper relief and connection. Participants can bring a support person to engage in their own set of activies and supports. Activities include: therapy, wood working, yoga & iRest, horse activities, archery, and more.
CRITICAL INCIDENT RESPONSE
We partner with law enforcement, fire, military, and other public service departments to provide mental wellness support surrounding critical incidents. This includes responding to the scene or department to meet with involved parties to conduct mental wellness first aid and support to jumpstart the healthy processing and coping processes, continued support through the return to work process, and any ongoing effects.
ANIMAL ASSISTED ACTIVITIES
Certified animal assisted therapists work with you to explore a path to wellness and insight into yourself through the use of animals as co-therapists. We have a team including horses and dogs; meet them on our team page.
MONTHLY EVENTS
We host monthly events and activities to get you out and experiencing different wellness shenanigans. 4th HOOAH Wi partners with us on many of our events to provide amazing supports including yoga, iRest, and more. Therapists are at every event to support you for some drop-in wellness discussions or sessions. I mean.. there are also snacks... we always have snacks.
