We do Wellness Rebelliously!

We are a 501c3 nonprofit located in Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide mental wellness services in a timely fashion to military, veterans, first responders, and their families. We have found that overall mental wellness is not a main priority for many, although the impact of poor mental health can be devastating. Our every day heroes devote their lives to helping the community in many ways. The chronic exposure to trauma, stress, grief, and risk takes a toll on the nervous system and the way their brains process experiences. The effects can include compassion fatigue, acute or chronic stress symptoms, lack of sleep, increased illnesses, and strained relationships.

Our services are funded through organizational contracts, sponsors, and donations which allow our services and support to be free of charge to decrease the potential added stress of insurance funding and limitations or finances impacting the pursuit of support.
